Here's a little recipe my Aunt used to cook for us. SIMPLE!

*Hill-Billy Macaroni*
Cooked Macaroni noodles with Evaporated milk, butter, salt and pepper.
Doesn't seem to appetizing but as a Kid, we LOVED it!
